Strolling the streets of Hamburg, this show features Jürgen Knieper's soundtrack to the 1977 Wim Wender's film The American Friend (adapted from Patricia Highsmith's novel Ripley's Game). Along with the tense score we'll hear a number of German acts of various genres, and a slate of Pop acts from the day (think Kinks, Byrds, Beatles) who are all referenced and quoted from in the film.
